Mumbai: A 32 Year Old Film Writer, Dies After Jumping Off A Building

New Delhi: In Mumbai, a 32-year-old screenplay writer allegedly committed suicide today, as per the police reports.

The police official said, A resident of Seven Bungalows area in Andheri West, Ravi Shankar Alok ended his life by jumping off from the roof of the building where he lived at around 2 PM on Wednesday.

He said that Ravi Shankar Alok was reportedly involved in the writing of Nana Patekar-starrer 'Ab Tak Chhappan'.

However, No suicide note was found in his house or on his body, the official added.


He said that as per the preliminary information, he was suffering from depression and was undergoing psychiatric treatment.

The Police Versova suburb are conducting further investigation.
