New Delhi: Behavioral scientists spend huge amount of time researching on ‘What makes humans happy?’ For some happiness is related to money while for some it is related to health.  Social development can be measured on the scale of happiness. Happiness is inherent in each human being, we have to feel it. One can get happier life by changing the behavior.

  1. KEEP POSITIVE MINDSET

Happiness in each human comes from inside, that is why to be happy one must know how to deal with negative thoughts, and how to replace negativity from positivity. Usually mind focuses on negative thought, that’s why we must train our brain to be away from negative thought. To be happy one can follow 1 minute rule. Do a work that can be completed in 1 minute, be it form filling, sending email, texting. There will be a feel of happiness after completing the work in 1 minute.

 

  1. HELP OTHERS

This is the easiest way to keep you happy. If one is helping others than he/she is gifting happiness to himself/herself. When we help someone, there is a change in their thinking, decrease in sadness, and feels better.

 

  1. TREAT YOURSELF AS A FRIEND: -

Whenever felt negative, one must ask a question that ‘what will be advice to yourself as a friend?’ after that apply the advice that came from the inner self. If we treat ourselves as friend than a good advice comes out.

 

  1. PRACTICE POSTITIVTY: -

Positivity is genetic and it also be practiced. A positive mind human being knows how to keep himself/herself happy even in opposite conditions. Happiness is transitive; it goes from one person to another.
