Summer Special Trains Between Mumbai and Goa, List Announced

New Delhi: Six additional trains from Mumbai to Goa will run to lessen the passenger rush. The tickets will be available for trains between Mumbai and Karmali.

The special train no. 01127 will leave Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 12:20a.m. on May 2 and will arrive in Karmali at 11:30a.m.

A Central Railway press release reported, the special train no. 01128 will depart from Karmali at 10:20a.m. on May 4 and reach Mumbai at 9:15p.m. the same day. 

The special trains will halt at various stations of Dadri, Thane, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal and Thivim. These trains will have 15 sleeper coaches and 2 general ones.

Special train no. 01129 will depart from Panvel at 9:40pm on May 2 and arrive on 9am at Karmali. The returning special train no. 01130 will depart at 11pm on May 2 from Karmali and reach Panvel at 9:40pm the same day.

These will halt at Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal and Thivim stations on the journey. They will also have 15 sleeper classes and 2  general ones.

A super-speed summer special train no. 01131 running between Panvel to Karmali will depart from Panvel at 9:40pm  on May 3 and reach Karmali on May 4 at 9am.

The returning train no. 01132 from Karmali to Panvel at 1:40pm on May 3 and reach Panvel the same day at 10:15pm.

This train will have stops at Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal and Thivim stations, containing 15 sleeper and 2 general coaches.

The bookings for the special trains will begin from May 1 at PRS centres and online bookings on the IRCTC website, said the press release.
